SF (900 Pennsylvania) — You can enter the Shop Floor through the entrance on the south side of the building. This is also where our parking lot is located. While the Shop Floor is open, the doors will be unlocked.
Marin (2550 Kerner Blvd) — You can enter the Shop Floor through the entrance on the Kerner side of the building. Please ring the Shop Floor doorbell to be admitted into the building.
San Francisco (900 Pennsylvania Ave.)
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
By appointment only: 8–11 a.m.
Open shopping hours: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Marin (2550 Kerner Blvd)

Appointments are not necessary in Marin.
You must shop in the county where your programming is. If you are a Marin site, you can only shop in Marin at our 2550 Kerner Blvd warehouse. If you are a San Francisco site, please visit our San Francisco warehouse at 900 Pennsylvania Ave.
We have implemented a shopping appointment system only in San Francisco at our 900 Pennsylvania warehouse. Shopping between the hours of 8–11 a.m. is by appointment only. Appointment slots are not one-time reservations, they are weekly slots that an agency holds until they choose to switch spots or give their spot up. Each agency can hold one shopping appointment slot at a time.
Please do not visit the SF Shop Floor before 11:00 a.m. unless your agency has an appointment.
Shopping appointments are not required to shop after 11 a.m., and all agencies are welcome to use our open shopping hours Monday–Friday from 11 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Please contact Lizzi Nickerson at enickerson@sffoodbank.org if you would like to select a shopping appointment time or switch your time. Shopping appointment times are limited; you may not get the slot you want.
There is no shopping appointment system in Marin at 2550 Kerner Blvd. Please drop in any time Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
Each appointment is one hour long (45 minutes of shopping and 15 minutes loading).
Shop Floor Concierge Staff will be able to assist with loading as needed.
There is limited space available in our parking lot. You can park in the spots located in front of the Shop Floor entrance. Please be mindful of our delivery trucks that enter and exit through the same driveway.
Friendly reminder: for safety, please back into the parking spot to avoid standing in the streets when loading items into your vehicle.
Only one shopper per agency will be allowed on the Shop Floor at a time. Our Shop Floor staff can assist you if needed. Unauthorized shoppers will not be allowed on the Shop Floor — please do not bring others with you. We limit the number of people allowed in the warehouse to ensure safety for all.
